Martine Kalaw is the CEO and President of Martine Kalaw Enterprises, a consultancy that drives organizational growth through learning and development,change management, and cultivating workplace culture, community engagement, and shared values. With more than 15 years of experience across sectors including SaaS, retail, aviation, and legal, Martine has designed and implemented global onboarding, mentorship, and leadership programs for companies like Macy’s, Xaxis, Wheels Up, and The Ad Council.

 

A certified AI practitioner with expertise in enterprise-scale adoption, she created an AI certification program for 800 employees that achieved an 80% adoption rate. She also serves on AI governance councils, ensuring technology integration is responsible and sustainable. A TEDx speaker and author of The ABCs of Diversity, Martine has been featured in outlets such as Huffington Post and C-SPAN. Through AI Elevation Lab, she partners with organizations to align leadership, employees, and business goals, ensuring AI adoption is not only efficient but also people-centered and culturally sound.
